Do you accept items that I bring for print or embroidery?
At Big T’s Screenprinting & Embroidery, we prioritize the quality and integrity of our embroidery services. For garments that can be easily replaced from one of our trusted vendors, we recommend choosing this option to ensure the best outcome for your embroidered items. Alternatively, if you prefer to provide your own garments, we require customers to sign a waiver releasing Beach Bum Graphics & Embroidery from any liability for potential damages incurred during the embroidery process.
Please note that we do not accept garments for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing or Screen Printing services at this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to deliver exceptional embroidery results while maintaining transparency and clarity regarding our service policies and procedures.
Are there additional costs?
There may be, depending on what services you need. For custom embroidery and vinyl decal services, there is typically a small, one time, setup fee the first time we use a graphic, if not provided by us. Any subsequent use of that graphic will not incur any extra fees for setup.
Will you send a proof before my items go to production?
Absolutely! For any custom work, a proof will be sent for you to approve before we go into the actual production phase of your item. Note: Anything purchased from our store will not come with a separate proof.
What’s your return policy on items purchased from the store?
We will accept returns on all items, if unused, and within 30 days of purchase. This only applies to items purchased from our store. For any custom items, please contact us.
Who owns my logo?
All logos we design are owned by the customer, however unless specifically noted, we reserve the right to use said graphic for Big T’s Screenprinting & Embroidery marketing purposes. This means we will provide you a file containing the image with the purchase of your logo. We will also keep a copy of your logo on hand for any future purchases with Big T’s Screenprinting & Embroidery. Should you need to the file changed to a different format or you lose it, please contact us and we’d be happy to help. Note: There is a small charge for format changes and re-supplying of the file.
How many edits do I get to my design?
There are 5 edits included in your logo pricing. More edits can be purchased, if you need them, but it’s unlikely that you will. We will work with you in depth, upfront, to make sure we have a good understanding of what you’re looking for when branding your organization or product.
What is the maximum size vinyl decal you can cut?
49.6″ Wide x Any Length
What’s your average turnaround time?
While this answer varies based on the service and/or product being purchased, our average turnaround time is 7 – 10 business days. The level of effort required, supply chain delays, and whether it is a custom order or stock image all play into the turnaround time. We do have a rush order option for an extra fee on many of our products and services. If this is required, please reach out to us directly to ensure we are aware and get you into the production queue ASAP!
Do you apply vinyl decals on windows, vehicles, or watercraft?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our facilities and workload, we do not currently offer this as a service. However, there are many YouTube videos out there that can assist in walking you through the installation. There are also companies local to you that specialize in this. Although, we do hope to be able to offer this as a service to our local customers in the future.

This allows us to offer Graphic Design services, T-Shirt Printing, Embroidery services, Vinyl Decals for home, office, vehicles, or signs, and web design services. We are constantly expanding our offerings, so stay tuned for more!
When is my payment due?
Payment is due at the time of purchase for all items purchased directly from our store. For any custom items, payment is due before your items enter production. For established business accounts, we are pleased to offer Net 30 payment terms after 3 complete orders.
Can my employees or customers come directly to you to order swag?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in your employees being able to come directly to a store designed for your brand and have the ability to order embroidered items directly through us, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re happy to provide this as a service for any business account.
